At the Market - November 16-19, 2017

Rutabaga is a cruciferous vegetable that is a mix somewhere between cabbage and turnips. These hearty vegetables are slightly sweeter than a turnip and can last up to about a month in a cool place. They make a great addition to any soup or stew!
